Arrived in good shape, no damage tho. Packaging looked fine and nothing was broken.

The product looks fine overall, but the quality feels kind of average for what I paid, if that makes sense. It’s not bad, I just expected it to feel a little better for the price.

I’m shocked how fast this cracked. I had it for about a week and it already started breaking, so I’m 100% sure this just isn’t built to last. Definitely not what I expected.

I ordered a few tile samples from Edward Martin and they arrived quickly, which was a nice surprise. Everything was packaged really well too, so nothing showed up chipped or broken. Being able to see the colors in my own room made such a big difference before committing to a full order. Overall, it was a really smooth and easy process.

I was just browsing around for tile ideas and ended up spending more time on edwardmartin.com than I expected. They have a ton of colors and styles, but it’s still easy to look through without feeling overwhelmed. If you’re trying to compare a few different looks for a project, I’d say it’s worth checking out because you don’t have to bounce around to a bunch of different sites. I actually found several options I really liked, which doesn’t always happen when shopping online. Overall, I was happy with the selection.

They had that clean, polished look without being too plain, and the colors felt easy to picture in an actual room. A few of them definitely stood out as something I’d actually use.

They did reply when I reached out, just not super quickly. So yeah, not a bad experience overall, but the updates felt a bit missing sometimes

I had a good experience with edwardmartin. I had maybe 2 or 3 questions before placing my order, and the staff got back to me fairly quickly. They explained everything in a way that actually made sense and didn’t make me feel pressured at all. I’m not the best with this kind of stuff, so that helped a lot. The order went smoothly, and overall I felt like I was taken care of. I’d definitely use them again.

Not gonna lie, ordering from edwardmartin.com was okay overall. The product showed up fine and there weren’t any major issues with the order itself, but the shipping took longer than I expected. I ordered tile from Edward Martin for our bathroom install and it went smoothly, the delivery showed up on time, everything was packed really well, there was only one tiny chip on a corner piece, my installer said the tiles were consistent so the job actually moved faster than we expected, and the color looked really close to the photos online, so even though it took a little longer than I wanted to get the tracking info, I’m still happy with how it all turned out.

I ordered samples after seeing the photos online, they looked way better on the website than they did in person. The texture felt kind of rough and plasticky, not at all the more natural look I thought I was getting. It gave me a bit of a bait-and-switch feeling because the photos made it seem much nicer. It also picked up fingerprints super easily, and the finish looked uneven in regular lighting, with some dull spots and some shiny areas. Maybe it works for someone else, but for the price, I was disappointed and definitely wouldn’t use it in my kitchen.

The first impression was disappointing. The packaging was terrible, and when I opened it up the tiles were dusty and several were already chipped. Not exactly what you want to see when something arrives brand new

The refund did come through, but it arrived later than I was hoping. I’ve had refunds processed faster with other companies before, so the wait was a bit frustrating. Everything was resolved in the end, though.
